PLOT :

This gives a good insight into the NE war. How politicians work with arms dealers. There is also a love story between an army doctor and a Tamil doctor resembling Rajinee Thiranagama (who was killed by LTTE). Somewhat propagandist and semi-documentary but provides good viewing.
